Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty leases downtown Milwaukee office space
The Barry Company represents Tenant in transaction
Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty has leased 6,372 square feet of office space at Plaza East in downtown Milwaukee. The organization will occupy a portion of the seventh floor of the building, located at 330 E. Kilbourn Avenue.
Due to its growth, WILL is moving from its historic lower east side Milwaukee location on East Knapp Street that it leased from the Bradley Foundation.
David Barry of The Barry Company represented WILL in the transaction and is currently marketing the Knapp Street building, as well as two neighboring historic office buildings on Franklin Place for sale.
