Medical Office Near Southridge Mall Sold to Private Investor

The Barry Company represents buyer in transaction

 

The Ridgefield Medical Arts Center has been purchased by a private investor. United Investment and Capital LLC plans to manage the building and lease up any remaining space in the 28,830 square foot office property located at 4848 S. 76th Street in Greenfield, Wis.
