Hometown Holdings LLC Purchases Cedarburg Industrial Property from Byers Cedarburg LLC

The Barry Company represents Buyer and Seller in transaction

Hometown Holdings LLC has purchased the 16,940 square foot industrial building located at 1220 Washington Street, Cedarburg, Wisconsin.  The company plans to open an auto sales and service operation in this location.

Kevin Barry, CCIM and David L. Barry, CCIM, SIOR, of The Barry Company were the exclusive  brokers on the sale of the former electrical supply store owned by Byers Cedarburg Properties, LLC.
