Nick Zurich and David Barry broker commercial sale

MILWAUKEE, January 17, 2022 – The Barry Company, a leading southeast Wisconsin commercial real estate company headquartered in downtown Milwaukee announced today that Across the Pond, LLC has sold its 8,090 sq. ft. restaurant property located at 1758 N. Water St. to Mexcaleria & Cocina, LLC on January 10, 2022.

David Barry and Nick Zurich of the Barry Company represented the seller in this transaction. They both see this closing as proof that Milwaukee’s cultural and restaurant districts are continuing to grow stronger despite the challenges of the pandemic. “Milwaukee has a great restaurant presence, especially on Water Street,” comments Zurich. “Existing restaurants have stayed in operation through the pandemic and now new businesses are moving in to take advantage of all the business.”
