W. M. Sprinkman Co. sells industrial building to CPV

The Barry Company represents Buyer and Seller in transaction

CPV (Custom Painted Vehicles, Inc.) has purchased the former W. M. Sprinkman Co. facility located at 4234 Courtney Road in Franksville, Wis.  The award-winning, family owned company has seen steady growth over the past several years requiring them to purchase this 33,150 square foot industrial building to accommodate its need of larger quarters.
