The Barry Company Announces Lease Renewal for Downtown Milwaukee Office Space

The Barry Company, a leading southeast Wisconsin commercial real estate company, announced today the lease renewal of a 2,423 SF office space located at 633 W. Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Milwaukee, WI.  Wisconsin Policy Forum, Inc. will be the new occupants of the space.

The Wisconsin Policy Forum was represented by David Barry of the Barry Company. The office space resides in the iconic Clark Building, which was built in 1966, and forms an integral part of the Milwaukee Skyline.
