W. M. Sprinkman Co. purchases Waukesha facility
The Barry Company represents Buyer in transaction
W.M. Sprinkman Corp., a third generation family-owned food and beverage processing equipment manufacturer located in Racine County, recently purchased the former Oberlin Filters facility in the Waukesha County Airport Industrial Park. Sprinkman’s purchase of the 51,954 square foot building at 404 Pilot Court, Waukesha, Wis. will allow it to expand operations to accommodate its growing customer demands. Incorporated in 1929, this will be the third headquarter location for Sprinkman, which also has a manufacturing facility in Elroy, WI.
Commercial real estate firm The Barry Company, another third generation, family-owned business – also established in 1929, represented Sprinkman with regard to the real estate transaction. Sprinkman has also enlisted The Barry Company to sell its Franksville, WI facility along I-94 in Racine County.
