Sycamore Building & Investment Company purchases West Allis industrial property

The Barry Company represents Buyer and Seller in transaction

 

Sycamore Building and Investment Company has purchased the 23,255 square foot industrial warehouse facility located at 2242 South 116th Street, West Allis.

Sycamore Building and Investment will use a portion of the space, and has hired The Barry Company to market approximately 10,000 square feet of warehouse and office space at the property.

Kevin C. Barry, CCIM of The Barry Company represented the seller, 2242 LLC in the transaction. Pete Slezak represented the buyer and is the listing agent on the remaining available space.
