Metalspun, Inc. purchases Oak Creek industrial space

The Barry Company represents Seller in transaction

Metalspun, Inc. has purchased the 29,000 square foot industrial space located at 310 W. Forest Hill Ave. in Oak Creek, WI. Metalspun, Inc., a growing metal fabricator, purchased the property to satisfy increasing business demand.

Kevin Barry, CCIM and David Buckley of The Barry Company represented the seller in the transaction, HMJ Holdings, LLC.
