Lakeside Real Estate LLC leases former Naturescape building

The Barry Company represents Buyer and Seller in transaction

 

Lakeside Real Estate LLC has leased the 6,000 square foot industrial facility located at N114W18686 Clinton Drive, Germantown, Wis.

Maximilian Yokosh of The Barry Company was the exclusive broker on the transaction.
