Lake Geneva, Wis. Industrial Property Sold

The Barry Company represents Seller in transaction

 

Lake Geneva Self Storage LLC has purchased the 68,000 square foot industrial facility located at 901 Maxwell Street, Lake Geneva, Wis. and plans to convert the property to self-storage use.

Kevin Barry, executive vice president of The Barry Company, handled the transaction for the seller, Everett Smith Group.
