JW Leasing sells 192,000 square foot storage facility in Pewaukee

The Barry Company exclusive broker in this transaction

We are proud to announce that SCL LLC has purchased the centrally located 192,000 square foot storage facility located on W229 N1492 Westwood Drive in Pewaukee, WI from JW Leasing LLC. SCL LLC plans to upgrade the facility and continue running a storage operation in this location.
