Grede, LLC leases additional warehouse in Wauwatosa

The Barry Company represents Tenant in transaction

Grede, LLC has leased 30,520 square feet of an industrial building located on 2929-2959 North 112th St. in Wauwatosa, Wis. The manufacturer plans to use the space as an additional warehouse.
