Bentley Worldwide Packaging Ltd. sells Glendale, Wis. industrial facility

The Barry Company acts as sole broker in sale-leaseback transaction

LCM Funds LLC has purchased the 261,560 square foot industrial building at 200 W. Capitol Drive, Glendale, Wis. from Bentley World Packaging. Bentley will lease back the entire building.

Bentley, who sold the same building ten years ago to STAG Industrial, bought it back at the end of last year for $3.915 million in order to invest in building improvements. After work was completed, Bentley enlisted The Barry Company to sell the facility back to an investor as a sale-leaseback. LCM Funds LLC paid $5.82 million for the property, with a new 10-year lease in place and several renewal options.

Takton Family Trust sells Jackson industrial facility

Nick and Takton Family Trust has sold its 13,587 square foot industrial building located at W213N17010 Industrial Drive, Jackson, Wis. to Giacomini Family Holdings, who plans to renovate the facility for their family business which is currently located in Menomonee Falls, Wis.

Sycamore Building & Investment Company purchases West Allis industrial property

The Barry Company represents Buyer and Seller in transaction

 

Sycamore Building and Investment Company has purchased the 23,255 square foot industrial warehouse facility located at 2242 South 116th Street, West Allis.

Sycamore Building and Investment will use a portion of the space, and has hired The Barry Company to market approximately 10,000 square feet of warehouse and office space at the property.

The Barry Company represents seller in transaction

Francois Living Trust has sold its 7,800 square foot industrial building located at 288 Meadowlark Road, Fredonia, Wis.

The building was purchased by John and Judith Morschauser, who plan to expand and rent the facility to a family related business – an auto repair shop.

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency leases Brookfield office space

The Barry Company represents tenant in transaction

 

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency Inc. recently leased 4,376 square feet of office space at 19395 W. Corporate Drive, Brookfield, Wis. The space will be used as a healthcare staffing and billing office.

Greenfield Rehab plans to consolidate multiple locations in this space and stremline operations after recently acquiring another agency.

Oberlin Filters

W. M. Sprinkman Co. purchases Waukesha facility

The Barry Company represents Buyer in transaction

W.M. Sprinkman Corp., a third generation family-owned food and beverage processing equipment manufacturer located in Racine County, recently purchased the former Oberlin Filters facility in the Waukesha County Airport Industrial Park.  Sprinkman’s purchase of the 51,954 square foot building at 404 Pilot Court, Waukesha, Wis. will allow it to expand operations to accommodate its growing customer demands. Incorporated in 1929, this will be the third headquarter location for Sprinkman, which also has a manufacturing facility in Elroy, WI.

Commercial real estate firm The Barry Company, another third generation, family-owned business – also established in 1929, represented Sprinkman with regard to the real estate transaction. Sprinkman has also enlisted The Barry Company to sell its Franksville, WI facility along I-94 in Racine County.
