Dixon Street to MIKA Brands, LLC on January 31, 2024.

David Buckley of the Barry Company represented Game Box, LLC in this transaction. David Buckley stated, “This industrial building was not on the market very long due to two factors”. Buckley continued to state that, “One factor is the short supply of industrial buildings currently available on the market. The second is due to the prime location of the building, in the hub of the “Wheels of Industry” by the Zoo interchange”. Buckley received multiple offers before closing with MIKA Brands, LLC. Pat Lambo of Marlys A. Herbst Revocable Trust has sold a 3,700 square feet office/commercial building at N7 W23799 Bluemound Road, Waukesha, to Sa’d Eldissi.

Cramer Multauf & Hammes recently leased their 3,568 square feet building to Broesch & Co. SC, and B&B Lifeworx LLC (Ameriprise).

Kyle Eckerman of the Barry Company represented the seller in both transactions. He sees these closings as proof that despite the current height of the southeast Wisconsin industrial market in comparison to the office market, Waukesha’s office market articulates an alternative perspective.
