Quick-Set Panels has sold its 18,600 square foot industrial building located in New Berlin Industrial Park at 1810 S. Calhoun Road, New Berlin, Wis. Kelmann Restoration, a fire restoration leader in the Milwaukee area, will move to the building this year to accommodate its growing capacity needs.

Golner Precision Products Inc. has purchased the 31,200 square foot industrial building located at W222N5734 Miller Way in Sussex Business Park, Sussex, Wis.
According to James Young of The Barry Company, who represented the seller, RLP Rentals, Golner Precision plans to consolidate multiple locations and remodel the former Spectrum Electric building to meet their needs, with intentions to expand at a later time.

OneAmerica Retirement Services, LLC, a division of OneAmerica, has leased nearly 28,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office space in the Meadowland Research & Technology Center, 10100 Innovation Dr., Wauwatosa, Wis. Construction of the 155,000 square foot office building is expected to be complete in June.

Wisconsin Storage Corporation has purchased the 49,330 square foot warehouse located at 232 South Curtis Road in West Allis, Wis.
Kurt Van Dyke, CCIM, SIOR, and James M. Young of The Barry Company were the brokers on the transaction.
The buyer will be making renovations to the building including a new front façade, replacing the drive-in doors with large attractive windows and significant new landscaping, resulting in an impressive final project, according to Van Dyke.
“The buyer was the perfect user for this property because of its convenient Zoo Interchange location and freeway visibility. The development will be one of the nicest storage facilities in Milwaukee,” he added.

Peter Sciortino Bakery purchases warehouse and distribution space
The Barry Company represents Buyer and Seller in transaction
Peter Sciortino’s Bakery has purchased the 15,355 square foot industrial building located at 5635 W. Douglas Ave. in Milwaukee. The 70-year-old Italian Milwaukee staple will use the recently purchased building as their new warehouse and operations center. The property was owned by a private investor and leased to Ideal Mechanical, a mechanical contractor, who plans to move to New Berlin where its parent company operates.
