Carmarthen Investment Company Sells Office Building

The Barry Company represents Seller in transaction

Independence Place New Berlin LLC has purchased the 6,500 square foot office building located at 14775 W. National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Kevin C. Barry, CCIM, of The Barry Company represented the seller, Carmarthen Investment Co., LLC in the transaction.
