Bradley Foundation leases space at new Hammes office building in Downtown Milwaukee

The Barry Company represents tenant in transaction

 

The Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation has leased 15,677 square feet of office space at 1400 N. Water Street, Milwaukee.  The Bradley Foundation will move from its current lower east side Milwaukee location and will occupy the entire third-floor space of the five-story office building being completed by Hammes Company.

David Barry of The Barry Company represented The Bradley Foundation in the transaction and will soon begin marketing the Franklin Place properties for sale.
