MILWAUKEE, September 17, 2026 – The Barry Company is pleased to announce the sale of the historic Burnham Block building in Walker’s Point, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Built in 1875 by Milwaukee entrepreneur Jonathan L. Burnham, the approximately 10,500-square-foot commercial property is rich in architectural character and local history. The historically designated building features one of Milwaukee’s earliest completed classic Cream City brick façades, impressive 12- to 18-foot ceilings, secure rear parking, and a versatile mixed-use layout.
