Kelmann Restoration purchases facility in New Berlin Industrial Park

The Barry Company represents Seller in Transaction

Quick-Set Panels has sold its 18,600 square foot industrial building located in New Berlin Industrial Park at 1810 S. Calhoun Road, New Berlin, Wis. Kelmann Restoration, a fire restoration leader in the Milwaukee area, will move to the building this year to accommodate its growing capacity needs.

Kurt Van Dyke, CCIM, SIOR, of The Barry Company, represented the seller in the transaction.

“The building needed substantial remodelling, so Kelmann Restoration was an ideal buyer,” stated Van Dyke.
