Private Investor purchases Brookfield, Wis. Industrial Facility

The Barry Company represents Seller in transaction

 

A private investor has purchased an industrial facility located at 21800 Doral Road, Town of Brookfield, Wis. for $3.4 million.

The 93,620 square foot is 25% leased to Wisconsin-based printing and marketing company, The Scan Group, which utilizes the space for its photography, warehouse and fulfillment operations.

David Barry, CCIM, SIOR and Kurt Van Dyke, CCIM, SIOR of The Barry Company represented the private investor who sold the property.
