Private investor sells vacant industrial building

The Barry Company represents seller in transaction

The Barry Company has sold the 32,720 square foot industrial facility located at 13111 W. Silver Spring Dr., Butler, Wis. to Blair Burkette.  Blair Fire Protection plans to occupy a portion of the property.

Kurt Van Dyke, CCIM, SIOR of The Barry Company represented the seller in the transaction, a private investor.
