Wauwatosa Commercial Property Sold

The Barry Company brokers transaction

MBD Properties, LLC has purchased 7,164 square feet of office and residential buildings located at 11109-11117 W. Bluemound Road, Wauwatosa, Wis. from Nancy Ann Morfey.

James M. Young, MBA of The Barry Company was the broker on the transaction.
