Former Pack Logix property sold

The Barry Company represents Seller in transaction

The former Pack Logix property was recently sold to Heritage Glass, Inc.  The 20,000 square foot industrial facility located at 5700 W. Douglas Avenue, Milwaukee, Wis. was owned by Dynamic Property Development, LLC.

Dynamic Property Development, LLC was represented by James M. Young, MBA of The Barry Company.
