Lake Country Christian Academy property sold

The Barry Company represents Seller in transaction

The former Lake Country Christian Academy located at W329N4476 Lakeland Drive, Nashotah, WI was recently sold to Skipper Real Estate Holdings, Inc.  The property consists of 29,000 square feet of school buildings on an approximately 11 acre site.
