JWC Specialties sells Waukesha office building

The Barry Company represents seller in transaction

 

JWC Specialties Inc., specializing in the design and construction of folding partitions and auditorium seating, has sold its 3,800 square foot office building located at 722 N. Grand Avenue, Waukesha, Wis. to Jensen Business Developments.

JWC Specialties Inc. recently relocated to a larger, flex industrial facility in Hartland, Wis.

James M. Young, MBA, of The Barry Company represented the seller in the transaction.
