Peter Sciortino Bakery purchases warehouse and distribution space

The Barry Company represents Buyer and Seller in transaction

Peter Sciortino’s Bakery has purchased the 15,355 square foot industrial building located at 5635 W. Douglas Ave. in Milwaukee. The 70-year-old Italian Milwaukee staple will use the recently purchased building as their new warehouse and operations center. The property was owned by a private investor and leased to Ideal Mechanical, a mechanical contractor, who plans to move to New Berlin where its parent company operates.

David L. Barry, CCIM, SIOR, of The Barry Company represented the seller, SKJ Properties, LLC in the transaction, and James M. Young, also of The Barry Company, represented the buyer.
