Jasue LLC purchases Former Ponderosa site in Wauwatosa

The Barry Company represents seller in transaction

Jasue, LLC has purchased a 7,500 square foot retail site located on 3161 North Mayfair Road in the City of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The redevelopment site, formerly Ponderosa Restaurant, was purchased by a private investor who plans on razing the building and developing the site further.

David L. Barry, CCIM, SIOR, of The Barry Company represented the seller, Central Investment Company, Inc. in the transaction.
