Joan Julien Shade Company Moves to West Allis

The Barry Company represents Buyer in transaction

The 21,197 square foot flex industrial building located on 11520 West Lincoln Avenue in West Allis was purchased by Sycamore Building and Investment Company. The building will house Julien Shade Shop, which recently sold its five-story office and retail building in Milwaukee’s Third Ward to Kimpton Hotel Developer, Kyle Strigenz.

Pete Slezak of The Barry Company represented Sycamore Building and Investment Company in the West Allis building sale.
