MCO LLC Sells Unique Milwaukee Facility

The Barry Company exclusive broker in this transaction

MCO LLC has sold their 29,000 square foot property located on 11721 West Carmen Avenue in Milwaukee, WI. Indiana Investments LLC purchased the industrial building and intends to use the facility as a construction equipment sales and service property.
