Milwaukee, January 11, 2023 – The Barry Company, a leading southeast Wisconsin commercial real estate company, announced today the sale of Precision Woodworks, a 22,500 square foot industrial building located at 13000 W Custer Ave, in Butler, WI. 130 Custer LLC is the new owner of this property. The transaction was brokered by Kurt Van Dyke and David Barry of the Barry Company.
