Tenants Ink Leases at Grafton facility

The Barry Company brokers transactions

The Barry Company recently completed two lease transactions for over 8,000 square feet of office space located at 1230 Cheyenne Avenue, Grafton, Wis.  Gunnar Wallin Properties, LLC leased 5,000 square feet to EmmPack Inc., and an additional 3,305 square feet to Product Cloud, LLC.

James M. Young, MBA of was the exclusive agents on both transactions.  The property is now fully occupied.
